My practitioner recommended kelp, coffee enemas, zinc - but didn't specify how many MG's to take or how much.
Like with much of my NB program - it's really important to find someone with experience who has been doing it for 10+ years.
I've found out more from Wilson's website about my results than the 'interpretation' from the practitioner.
I'm going to get a 2nd opinion...as my practitioner hasn't replied to my queries from months ago. It's really annoying that some labs won't provide their service and indepth analysis directly to the patient.
I'm following the dietary recommendation for extreme slow oxidiser, not on the supplements yet due to intolerance.

I'm abit afraid of using kelp too for the hypothyroid - as the adrenals are in a far worse state and the kelp stimulates the thyroid which tries to stimulate the adrenals. I decided to do trans-dermal Iodine one day (NOT internal ingestion) and that night i vomited, shivered and collapsed for an hour with intense groin pains - so i never did the Iodine again - it was terrifying.
I think Lam is right in trying to strengthen the adrenals before working on the thyroid - most practitioners of AF (not just NB) try to treat the thyroid AND adrenals - but you have to know the condition of each before doing that.
The NB route tries to gently bring about the mineral balance without 'shock' tactics which i like - it sounds good on paper anyway, am at the beginning of my journey with it.
