Thanks for sharing your story.
I will try and answer some of your questions based on my own experience. I haven't been that diligent with the whole program but most of it I would say.
I also start my day with meditation. I do find I have a much better day when I do this. It is very calming and brings perspective to the day for me.
I did many coffee enemas prior to starting Nb. I then got lazy and started doing plain water enemas. I did many of these in the first year of NB. I only do them occasionally if I sense I need a little additional detoxification.
I never did the sauna but I know others have. When I started out in the 4 lows my consultant told me not to do the sauna. Then summer rolled around and I started sunbathing. Then I went away to Mexico for a month and sunbathed lots more. I love walking and sweating in the sun. I do feel sauna is good but you have to be strong enough. I have also done many Epsom Salts baths which I find very soothing and great for detox symptoms.
Kelp I have used from the very beginning. Two caps per meal. I had hypothyroid. Issues and ratio's regarding thyroid have improved dramatically. I have never used any hormones although I have used glandulars when my tests showed that they were needed. I have had good response with these.
I think gentle excercise is really important. I never did much other than walking until the 11th month when I was introduced to Qigong. Love doing that and it makes such a difference with energy.
Please feel free to post new topics and questions. I'm sure others will have more info to add.
