MH, what can help carpal tunnel syndrome? I understand it involves compression through inflammation of the nerve in the wrist.
What herbs, through applying to the skin or eating, can help?
Anything important to know about it?
I don't have it but it is possible I could get it since I play the piano and use the computer a lot. I do get sore at times.
