Ambien is like the next worse thing to Benzo's dude. Highly physically addictive, I used it for two weeks last summer when I had a big job on....coming off it was severe anxiety, total insomnia, hot and cold sweats all night. Only ever use it for crisis time (normally after 5 days of no sleep)

Please!!!, try something else and keep it for emergencies!
