How different people are. On Dec. 31 I did a 24 hour dry fast-mostly because I was courious-followed by 20 days of regular water fasting. I never had a bowel movement and was miserable. I would have paid money to have had been "empty" before starting to fast. Unless you are loosing huge amounts of fluid with your BMs you should be alright. Keep the electrolytes handy just in case you show symptoms of low potassium.
