Soo. My insomnia is at an all time high. I am slowing tapering off my Ambien RX, and am ready to go all natural with sleep. Preferably no supps, but of course when you're in between 3C-3D, insomnia is relentless..anyways. My question. What has been the best sleep supplement (s), that you guys with AF have found the most beneficial. For me, melatonin 5 MG doesn't cut it by itself. Makes me sorta tired, but not knockout sleepy like I need. Any help guyys?
