Have only just started NB in late november 2012 - following first hair analysis results.

Made slow improvement in energy from a bed-ridden state, however my first 'set-back' has been doing 14 days of parasite cleansing, feeling very weak again with extreme fatigue.

I under-estimated how out of balance i was and plunged into a para. cleansing protocol far too early - without having established a stronger elimination/detox ability with NB.

2 steps forward and 3 back but have learnt my lesson...silly me!
