Hello all! I'm on day 30 of my 40 day water fast, and as I'm nearing the end, I have a question regarding breaking my fast. I'm a college student so energy and staying up at night is definitely an important thing for me. I was wondering, once I break my fast with juices and fruit, would it be detrimental to my health and overall fasting experience if I began to drink tea alongside my juicest?
I'm looking forward to the caffeine!
