Yeah I am also really curious why this is RECOMMENDED reading. I thought that in traditional medicine black seed is always heated same as any other medicinal seeds. This is how it was used in the traditional cultures that taught us how to use this properly. Of course you wouldn't want to heat the oil as that has different properties. It would be interesting if whoever marked this as recommended reading would be willing to respond and tell us what in this post is recommended that is beneficial for those looking to get healthy.
