I know you get a lot of stick on here, but I see true sense in your way of eating, if I was healthier I know I would go down an 80 10 10 route. I think it would work amazingly for Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome and I know a friend who recovered from it using Dougs receipe, but when one goes into AF I think its counter productive. You always pick up on hypoglycaemia but AF is not 100percent about HP, there is much more that comes before it. I was a raw foodist for a while, around six months, and saw no improvement what so ever im afraid. Yes I felt lighter, but everything else was just as bad and the hunger in the middle of the night was ridiculous. I hate taking on this much fat and oil, being I used to be a martial artist, mountain biker etc the idea of what all this is doing to my arteries is horrible with no training, but I think it’s a risky move to do in this fragile state. I have the support to doit from my friend Trix, but Im reluctant to try anything that big as if it makes things worse, that will be the end of me.
