You seriously just described me! I've been in a fog for about 3 years and about a month ago was turned onto a vitamin called L-Tyrosine. A friend with severe mold exposure was given this by her NMD to help detox for adrenal glands. I started taking this about a month ago and i've seen a HUGE difference. i'm still foggy but not nearly as bad. i know with time and proper nutrition i will be back to my witty old self again. I would recommend speaking with your doctor, preferable a naturalistic doctor, before taking L-Tyrosine.
