I just got back from getting another IV DMPS shot. I tried a coffee enema this morning but the caffeine gives me panic attacks due to my post benzodiazapine withdrawal syndrome.

My diet consists of this rice/meat/steamed or fried vegetables(peas,corn broccoli, carrots) I make every 2 days and eat. I'm focusing on getting the metals out while eating a normal balanced diet. I want to do the anti-fungals a bit later while still chelating. A big problem is my constipation while might be due to parasites. It's a catch 22.

When I took psylium before it just clogged me up, I'm now taking raw sauerkraut, this supplement with bile salts and betaine hcl for constipation, maybe it's doing something, I don't know. I stopped taking chlorella last time I tried to cleanse because I thought maybe it was contributing to my constipation.

I am currently taking DMPS shot every week, caEdta suppositories every night, 1000mg of dmsa daily(but I am soon running out, 500mg ala daily, selenium daily, this clear way cofactors stuff.

Would you recommend I take triphala powder?

So were you able to cure your candida/parasites/heavy metal etc? How long did it take?
