Sorry to hear you're having such a tough time,

i agree with onwards regarding the magnesium deficiency, that was a big one for me). Get that fixed and you should at least start getting some sleep and your mind should slow down too.

I recommend getting magnesium oil rather than capsules as you can take a lot more per day as it doesnt interfere with the bowels like the capsules do. That stuff saved me from so much suffering.
