I know a lot of people suffer from the physical effects of candida die-off, when trying to kill candida. I have met many, like myself, who also suffer from the effects of candida when you eat carbs of almost any kind... even when those carbs are from healthy vegetables.
What I have found is that people who are chronically ill from candida, in other words the candida is systemic and is causing many health problems, have worse die-off because the liver is just working too hard all the time. I experimented with many supplements to help in this area and, for me, have found the perfect combination to almost eliminate die-off symptoms and feel much better most of the time. I have shared this with others who have systemic candida and they have had similar positive results. You will read about hundreds of solutions but this one has worked for me when absolutely no other supplement or group of supplements would work...and I have tried almost everything in the last 6 years!
L-Glutathione - I take the source naturals l-glutathione sublingual product... see below for how much I take.
Molybdenum - The above product has this supplement in it and I take about 1-2 tablets sublingual each day. If I am pushing die-off and I am feeling worse, I may take an extra tablet at that time and it will help within 30 minutes.
Milk Thistle - I have found milk thistle does an amazing job of helping with die-off symptoms and stopping the die-off from ever getting out of control. I take the country life brand milk thistle from the vitamin shoppe. I think it is 200 mg.
It is also very important to keep your water up and stay hydrated while trying to fight candida and to help the liver and kidneys flush these toxins from your body.
I have other supplements and things I do which have really helped with candida but I don't want to make this a novel :-).
