Natway: I did explain my logic in other threads. Others have said the same thing as well. It seems the moderators agree as they have started removing some of your posts.

You along with others suggested I get my blood sugars tested. THAT was great advice. Turns out I'm not normally hypoglycemic - we just assumed I was like everyone else in the family. I'm lightly hyperglycemic. Basically insulin resistance, no shock there. Same solution as hypoglycemic - keep to low GI diet, lowish carb load, high nutrient, high protein diet. Works great for me and everyone else I know who follows it.

I don't care to debate this, it isn't a debate.
