Here's a lady that was obese and super sick, got her gallbladder removed and became even sicker and felt she would be dead within a year, then got totally healed and lost all her excess weight by eating a low-fat fruit & vegetable diet. When she started eating the more higher fat gourmet raw foods that uses lots of nuts and seeds in recipes, her health problems started coming back. She went back to eating low-fat raw and now her nickname is "Vibrant Vic."
