I probably should be posting this at Iodine forum... Please forgive all!

I believe I'm right on the edge of the Iodine cliff, so to speak/write, I stopped cold turkey for 2 days now...also stopped waking in a cold sweat ball... I will resume tomorrow and will do that before 2pm.

15 drops Logols 5 Trappers SSKI That's were I'm at. Just got the magnets on.

should I try upping it? I believe what's part of keeping me up all night was taking my Iodine late

Also tried upping the co-factors Mag malate, selenium, tri-boron, Vit Bs, Vit C,
salt ... adrenal miracle mix... what else... I can't think anymore!!!

These should push me over the cliff Yes?

It's still like a switch is flipped all day long and when it goes, it 's like my fingertips are ice and cannot be warmed until warmed for quite some time....then out of the blue same symptoms.... and the switch is flipped and me finger tips are warm/normal I would say this is Hypo ?
