The liver can regenerate after these acute attacks so have faith that your liver will recover after this attack.

I know for me, I had larva all over it eating at it for a few weeks and it was horrendous... hurt so bad. Larva attacks on the liver are really painful as are the worms digging into your bile duct. I'm not sure whether flukes are painful as I have passed those as well but never experienced pain - so I wonder whether this is a larvae and worm issue you have - but ofcourse its all speculation - and that's all we have to go on. The drugs seemed to kill most of the larvae for me, but some of them actually did migrate up to my face and annoyed me there for a while. Thank god none reached my eye.......... I had ALOT of gurlging and squirting like you did as well.

I also had the adult worm it felt like poking and digging into a bile duct and the same time - SO Very painful... It was hell on earth and I wanted to die, but it did pass. The albenda should work... like you I don't like taking the pharmas too much much in acute cases like this you feel like you do need to do something. I also took ivermectim at the same time.

There is abit on the net about larval migration to the liver here's one if it interests you:

I know about the dryness too... those worms dehydrate you.

If you can't take arginine, I'm wondering whether you can take orthonine? It also clears ammonia.
