I am not sure of that answer. I only started to use transdermal mg myself and wanted to share my experience. I would think how much was in the water would matter but not sure. I have wondered what the ration of water to bath flakes would be myself. Hopefully someone who knows a lot more on this subject can answer this for us. thanks
