Yes absolutely, understanding the notion of diet and lifestyle for health are essential to wellness - a practice i have been engaged in for 20 yrs.

I rarely take supplement/pill until this health crisis. I also advocate there's no such thing as a magic bullet.

I've been raw vegan for many years, vegetarian before that - only including eggs and goats cheese, no meat/fish consumption for over 15 yrs. i'm not a beans and rice vegan either...plant based whole foods has been my focus nutritionally.

Lifestyle - rural wilderness living, run an organic farm, WAS very pysically active, took time to enjoy walks, reading, sculpting, animal care.

Adrenal issues have me increasing my protein so now i'm vegetarian again.

Regarding the SAMe and GABA - i took them seperately as im well aware of my hypersensitivity to even supplements so initially take anything on it's own to gauge results.

I just wondered if you had come across the paradoxical reactions i mentioned before with those specific supplements and possibly what caused them?
