Think Vitamin D (D3?) is what many Psoriasis sufferers are lacking and sure exposure to the sun would be a big help. Dark skinned people are especially in need of the Vit. D3 especially the ones living in the northern hemisphere.

Other underlying factors are chronic inflammation of the colon and bowels, possibly being allergic to gluten which could be the cause of the inflammation.

My 2 cents.....
