mike weve all tried keeping the skin smooth with literally hundreds of balms oils creams it doesnt work. this is a deeper issue then just the top layer of skin. most moistuzers will sooth it and make it better in the long run heck it might just vanish in 2 or 3 years but farrrkkkk are you seriously going to try 3 years of useing just a basic moistuizer like cocoa butter or coconut oil or something like that? it would be a big risk but you might be right it might pay off who knows. i would reccomend getting 100% natural expensive coconut oil it casues lease trauma and it really keeps the lips moist.

i think most of the oldies on this forum find a good cream that treats psoriosis and gets on with life. and pops in every now and then to see if someone has hit the jackpot with a cure.
