I used castor oil packs for about 2 months. I really didn't notice much of a difference in my liver symptoms.

I agree with Seattle that it is better to follow the NB recommendations for the first few months before adding anything. I have added a few extra things, but they are only herbs and not vitamins, and my practitioner is aware and has approved them.
Plus there is already vitamin D and A naturally in fish oil.
