Danger Bettie, great question!

In my opinion, gluten hates most people. Our ancestors that didn't have disease and digestive issues didn't consume gluten.
Also, you don't need to test gluten sensitive to know that gluten is bothering you. It can still irritate anything in your body. Example: We are not going to test sensitive to saccharine, but it can still be killing us on the inside.

Eczema doesn't need steroids, it needs a food change.
