I had a slight rash on my arm for years and went away within a month after. My gallbladder has gotten significantly better too.

AF improving as long as I keep my calories up. That's the most important. Really easy to under-eat on a plant-based diet because you have to eat more volume, especially if you go low-fat. I didn't understand that at first when I started eating mainly salads after my juice fast. Incorporated cooked tubers and grains at first for more calories before learning fruits are the best choice for getting more of your carbs and calories from.

The right diet done right should heal all healable diseases in my opinion and I believe this is the right diet.

I took a supplement for my gallbladder a couple months after my juice fast and it seemed to help, otherwise I really haven't taken many supps because none ever seemed to work. The right diet is the best. Mother Nature knows.
