So, then, how does one know when we have pulled out of stage 3 and entered back into stage 2 and better yet 1? Is it when we become asymptomatic? I know that doesn't indicate that we're even close to being healed but once we are able to function without the crushing fatigue, heavy eyes, malaise etc is that indicative of entering stage 2 and eventually better? I'm having a bit of trouble feeling out when I'm in a particular stage so to indicate when I can change treatments. I'd like to start on some pregnanolone when my body is ready to assist in the healing but I don't want to risk a setback.
