It dawned on me a couple days ago all my 'effort' only made things worse. Force healing by will is not the solution. Regarding the trauma, what is done is done. I can only go from this point now. Chill, is my only option at this point. It is hard. Thanks again.

I am doing the moisturize thing too. Using Vaseline to protect lips.
