I've read about Gilbert's syndrome myself Ladywear - mainly due to trying to figure out my low bile output.
Is it a common genetic defect? What do you do to try to balance out your low bile production?
So many people have so little bowel movements per day - i know alot of that is just plain wrong diet - but i also think liver congestion and bile production is also a major cause.
You're right - it's important to support all the imbalances and body systems....abit like directing an orchestra! Hoping to one day come to a grand finale of great health!
Some imbalances require such specific pathways of approach they can contradict other issues that also need addressing. For instance candida - the diet required for it - isn't the best diet to support exhausted adrenals.
So i end up mixing 'n' matching to get a rough balance going on - focusing on the worst issues primarily...getting them better - then focusing on the least worst. I should join the circus with all this juggling i'm doing :-)
Mccoombs uses 10-undecenoic acid as the primarily candida killing ingredient in his supps. Do you know if that's good for long-term semi-systemic candida?
