Thanks a lot! I have tried calorie counting before, though eating meat made me feel very full so I could barely get anything in. And yeah.. high fat can be a problem for some, maybe different for people who have their candida caused by Antibiotics or other things, but I think it's good for anyone to take their liver and health into account before causing more stress on the body =\
