I haven't really had the problem with my arms, but definitely with my legs, especially my right. Right now my arms are shaky and hard to control, but this is normal right before my period. It also makes my hands weak - especially my thumbs. It affects everything I do with my hands.

Are you having regular periods? Where are you in your month, if I may ask?
