I'm sorry to hear about your troubles as well. They're awful! I have wondered if the DE wasn't at a high enough dose. I will try upping it to 2tbsp and try for 3 daily.
I will update on how the ivermec. goes also.

I have tried noxema and it helps cleanse the area and help with itching but it doesn't kill them.
