What connection could there be between the goiter and the bile problem or the goiter and the lipase/phosphatidylcholine, since one or both of the latter supplements has apparently impacted the goiter size by beginning to bring it down, something that the whole Iodoral regimen has not done despite bringing up the Iodine level? Could it have something to do with faulty permeability of cell membranes or transport of Iodine or something else into/out of cells?
