hey adrenal people,
hope you're all feeling a lot better than I am right now...
I've been green/yellow (face) very often for the past months, but especially this past week. My mom's very concerned, as others, so not just her.
Last time I checked all my tests were fine (regular blood tests), no liver issue etc...

I've been on NB since last April (2012), and my practitioner said before it might be the carrot juice I drink the afternoon...

I'm on veggies and protein, with some grains (which I may have to stop as well), currently off meds the last 2 weeks (waiting for them to arrive).
I feel worse every day (that for a while though), keeps getting worse and worse though the hair tests show I'm improving...but I feel it MIGHT be sleeping (late, and waking up late) or self-gratification (can't not do it at least once a day).

PLEASE help, I'm going to kill myself from frustration !!
