The foods you mention are so low in protein that you would risk protein deficiency. For example, the white rice mentioned has 8% of the daily requirement for the average adult of protein, per cooked cup. So you'd have to eat 13 cups per day.

There are better plant sources of protein, please don't risk going so low by choosing that list.
