I have a few questions for you jsl:

1. How in the world do you know those people out there have perfectly normal lips? Because they look normal? I had this condition for years before ever sharing with more than the two people who knew about my condition. Everyone else thought I looked normal...and I did look normal. For the most part my lips were perfect once I rubbed the skin off in the shower. If YOU were to look at my lips back then, you would say the exact same thing you are saying about those other people. What I'm trying to say is, you don't know those people, and even if you do know them, they can hide it just like I did.

2. It's not just about using a moisturizer, of course loads of people have tried that method. It's about leave the crusts on until they come off on their own, which has not been done. Look back at all of the years you like and show me some users that are doing exactly what we are doing now. I would love to read the one's you've seen. The fact is 99% of people aren't willing to take the risk of horrible looking lips for something they aren't 100% sure that will work.

3. There are several detailed posts about people who have cured themselves, perhaps not with pictures, but they give a detailed explanation of what they did.

And yes EC is a cellular problem. Which with the progress I have made in the last few weeks alone, I can't even believe myself to be honest. I am not peeling my lips at all, and the skin is barely building up still. Which clearly indicates that what I (and we) are doing is working. The cell memory is slowly resuming to normal, the inflammation is going down, and my lips are healing. No they aren't healed yet, but they are definitely on their way. And it all makes logical sense, even from a doctor's perspective.
