First, I would like to thank you for this amazing recipe for a Vitamin C that is amazing. I've been taking C for many years for the benefits and am really impressed with this recipe.

I want to relate an experience I had with this and other lecithin based formulas. Due to the high concentration of acetylcholine, which is a neurotransmitter, some people can have adverse reactions. Adverse reactions can be racing thoughts and general mental acceleration that can be problematic. Me and my girlfriend started taking this recipe together, after about three weeks she started experiencing emotional/mental issues that caused her to stop taking it. I had some thought racing and an over abundance of dreaming(side affect of acetylcholine), but adapted after a month or so and I seemed to level out.
I take it daily and absolutely love it.

The reason I posted this message was to say thanks nad make sure people were aware of the affect of acetylcholine.
