Exactly lalobear! I found what has helped me and I want to share it with the world and all it took was a change in diet.

I understand people's hesitation though, the way I used to feel and thought animal protein was the only thing keeping me from crashing so low and having to go to the ER, I would have thought someone giving me the advice I'm now giving was crazy too!
