I am so happy for you!! Are you doing the full NB protocol or partial? It's funny you mention taking the fish oil and flax oil before bed. I've often wondered if doing that would help me sleep better (because theoretically it should)but never did try it out. Now that you posted this I am going to try it.
Are you taking the Endomet fish oil or something else? How much do you take at night?
