The standards for chelation are:

DMSA
DMPS (MercOut)
ALA
cilantro (use with caution)
chlorella
lecithin
large dose vit C (to chelate lead)

In my experience, DMPS is the best chelator, followed by ALA, DMSA, then the others. But they are all indispensable IMO. Although one should wait a year or so after chelating with the others until using cilantro.
