-of course we want enough vit D (but maybe the tests itself could be a problem, as with the thyroid tests)

It is and epidemic over here, lack of vit D, all the nurses I work with and other staff tested, ALL are low.

Have they taken cod liver oil; YES
Have they taken vit D3 supplements; YES
Have they been down south tanning in the summer (Spain etc) come back, tested, still low; YES
