-I do take a dropperful a day, or two. in juice or coffe.

The incidents mentioned was when I mistook Iodine for herbal drops; and took it straight in my mouth.. all of it. At once.
I had two options; spit it out or swallow, I swallowed it.
Then went straight for the vit C. :)

"he just thinks that I can hurt myself with Iodine.That is why he told me to stop. And after yesterday..."
-yes I understand. He cares for you, yet cant see the whole picture. Its tough, but listen to yourself, always. Thats my best advice.
