The people I see here got here on either a SAD diet, and Paleo/Primal diet (including me), or a calorie-restricted junkfood high-fat vegan diet.

I haven't seen anyone get here on the diet style I'm recommending that's kept me healed of my worst health problem.

What advice do you have for her?
