Whenever somebody mention adrenal fatigue to me, I immediately relate this to Hypoglycemia.  After all, adrenal fatigue results from long term excess production of stress hormones - such as adrenaline or cortisol. And when the body is overproducing stress hormones - ultimately resulting in AF - these hormones target the brain which is starved of energy which is a sign of hypoglycemia.

Thus I believe that it is important not to overlook the Hypoglycemic Diet and any nutritional treatment. See: Hypoglycemia is at the core of most Mood Disorders.

It is worthwhile considering this.
