I think you should do the fast, after that follow a healthy Diet of lots of fresh fruits and veggies, take the supplement ginko biloba or brahmi. Do lots of yoga and especially meditation..

If you believe you are sick you will continue to sick. Meditation is really helpful, give it a try. I do Kriya yoga meditation..you can look it up if you life. Read the book autobiography of a yogi, by pramahansa yogananda, also by the same author is "healing affirmations' start there.

If can completly heal yourself..just believe :)
