Hey. OP who has used cannabis to heal from AF successfully here.

I have no idea what effect cannabis has on the immune system. Or white blood cell count.sorry :(

I say: use cannabis when you NEED to. Use it as medicine. Be aware of how you feel. Try to find out what is causing your pain (in my case, wheat) and sleep problems (in my case, high cortisol and hypoglycemia) and treat it directly.

Don't use cannabis to mask all your feelings and symptoms in an endless haze (tempting, i know),, because if you are not finely attuned to how you feel,, and what makes you feel better or worse,, you won't be able to connect the finely tuned dots you will need to make the right recovery adjustments and decisions.

I feel your pain - but I can tell you that not having pain or any reason to medicate, like I feel now,, is much better.
