Thank you for responding to my message. I’ve also isolated myself for the past 3 years in a dark place far away from the real world...and I need out!! However on the opposite side of the spectrum; this disorder has helped me to have a thicker skin and has empowered me to become even more self-motivated.

Thank you for the recommendation of Black Tea and brand. I’m going to try your protocol a chance this week. Do you follow any diet and exercise routine with your tea regimen? Also, do you drink the tea on an empty stomach or with a meal?
