I'm currently doing 17 repetitions of the 5 rites. I haven't started the 6th rite yet I will soon. I red the the book ''la transformation radicale'' de Samael Aun Weor and I found a variation of the second rite that says to reverse aging too. It's callled Viparita Karani Mudra. You stay in this for 5 minutes the first time and add one minute everyday. The goals is to reach 3 hours. I'm doing 11 minutes today =). This pose is the variation of shoulder stand which according to yoga is the ultimate health and beauty exercise. I still do the leg raises as the second rite, I just add this bonus after the 5th rite as a relaxation.
