Fasting removes toxins out of the organs and into the blood. If one takes Bentonite and psyllium during a fast those toxins will leave the body by defecation thus relieving one of some of the healing crisis symptoms such as headaches,pimples,and other unpleasant happenings. The most peaceful place for me to fast in in the privacy of my abode.
