I personally hate taking supplements, I feel so suspicious. Like do the people that make these things really know what the hell they are doing? Or do they know exactly what they are doing and intentionally selling u garbage.

Anyway I got on this kick about taking selenium I thought I need it my skin is messed up so I bought some turns out it was brewers yeast in caps ( who knew... amazing what you find when u read the label) Anyway I stared at the bottle every day then one day bam... popped one, a short while later doubled over like the first time I drank an expresso, I guess I do have leaky gut! I later had the most foul smelling gas on the planet!!!
