Hi Lua.

It's a good idea to post the reference ranges when you post lab results. Most of us don't have the reference ranges memorized :)

So we really can't tell which ones are high or low.

It is very common for cortisol to be high in the evening and morning.

If you have low energy during the day, but seem to get energy later in the evening, can't get to sleep, or stay asleep, that is a classic sign.

It's common to have low cortisol during the day, but high cortisol in the morning and evening.

Don't do the birth control pill. They will end up increasing your copper. If you have been exposed to years of stress, you are almost certainly copper toxic.

A great book to start with is "Why am I always so Tired" By Anne-Louise Giddleman. Start there so you can learn about the copper problem.

But don't do her protocol. Go to Larry Wilsons site and find a practitioner that can guide you through the program. It uses hair analysis to access mineral imbalances, toxicity, and deficiencies.

I've been on this forum for a lot of years, and I've never seen a protocol work such a high percentage of the time. People that were bed ridden, now able to work again.

If you aren't already....start meditating twice per day. Work towards "mindfulness meditation" so that you learn to be aware of you mental state when you are no tmeditating.

Also...look into "slow breathing". You can use this wonderful technique at your desk at work, while driving, at a movie....anywhere

Good luck.
